A smarter way to liquidate and retire your old vessel.
What can I trade in?
We primarily consider police, fire, rescue, patrol, utility, and municipal workboats, including vessels from other manufacturers.
Older boats are welcome. High-hour boats are welcome. Boats that have simply reached the end of their service life are welcome.
If you're not sure whether we'll take it, ask.
Why trade in?
1. Eliminate the liquidation hassle. Getting rid of an old asset is a headache; auction fees, meeting surveyors, etc.
2. Your old boat has value; use it or lose it. If your budget is capped for a new vessel, get extra purchasing power for upgraded features or equipment- without disrupting the existing budget.
Any Examples?
A recent customer, a fire department from New Jersey, had a hard budget cap of $400,000 for a new vessel. Their old vessel was worth $125,000. By trading in, they used the excess $125,000 toward a FLIR camera, a fire pump and monitor, upgraded Garmin suite, side-scanning sonar, larger H.P. outboards, and upgraded seating.
In one easy transaction, they disposed of an old asset, and bumped their spending power from $400K to $525K on a boat of their dreams.
